Bluey’s Happy Snaps will launch on October 15, 2026, for PS5 and PS4. The release date comes from the game’s official PlayStation gameplay trailer, while official listings describe local two-player co-op and the game’s photographic premise. The trailer also advertises a pre-order bonus for the Deluxe Edition.
The PlayStation Store listing describes Bluey and Bingo finding Bandit’s old camera, taking it through the world of the series to snap photos, and saving each snapshot to Bluey’s scrapbook. That gives the exploration a clear purpose beyond simply moving between activities.
The PlayStation Store confirms PS5 and PS4 versions, offline play and support for one or two players. The co-op is local rather than online, with two players sharing the adventure as Bluey and Bingo. The PS5 version also lists DualSense vibration and trigger effects, while the PS4 release supports DUALSHOCK 4 vibration.
There will be no online play or in-game purchases, according to official information from Gameloft and Bandai Namco. That makes the two-player format a shared, same-system experience rather than a platform for online sessions.
PlayStation’s trailer says that pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition includes the Here Come the Grannies! game mode at no extra cost. The available information does not confirm the price of the edition, its regional availability, whether the bonus will be sold separately after launch, or whether the offer applies identically to both PlayStation versions.
The game is being developed by Gameloft Brisbane in collaboration with Ludo Studio and BBC Studios, while the PlayStation Store identifies Gameloft Inc. as publisher. The official Gameloft announcement says the physical version will be released in partnership with Bandai Namco Entertainment across EMEA, ANZ and the Americas, although the exact list of markets has not been provided.
Alongside PlayStation, Bluey’s official website lists digital versions for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. A physical edition is also planned for PS5 and the listed Xbox and Nintendo platforms in selected markets.
Bluey’s Happy Snaps is therefore built around a local photographic adventure rather than online multiplayer. Its release date is set for October 15, but regional pre-order details and the future availability of the Deluxe Edition’s granny-focused mode remain unconfirmed.
