A guide from Video Games Chronicle details five optional Sanzhani quests in The Blood of Dawnwalker. The guide reportedly covers where to find each quest, what players must do and the rewards connected to the chain.
The Sanzhani are described as rare, fairy-like creatures. According to VGC, helping them allows Coen to exchange messages with Lunka, his imprisoned sister. The guide also says that completing all five quests grants The Tsarina’s Favourite Human trophy and achievement. Speaking with Tsarina after helping every Sanzhani may also push Brencis’ coronation back by one day.
That potential time extension is especially relevant in a game built around limited time. The official Dawnwalker website states that taking on a quest advances the clock and warns that players will not have time for everyone. VGC’s guide therefore presents the Sanzhani chain as more than a collectible detour, although the available report does not independently confirm whether the extra day requires another condition.
The five Sanzhani quests
Good Home: VGC places the first quest north of Svartrau, in the Svartrau Outskirts. From the Sandy Gorge Shrine, players can follow the fairy circles to reach Sanzhani Tsarina’s home. The quest involves helping Heile reunite with her brother Tonis. VGC says that completing the exchange for Heile’s freedom provides three Shiny Teeth.
Come Hither: The second quest is reportedly north of the Vedera March Guardpost Shrine. A nearby Sanzhana asks Coen to clear monsters from her burrow, including the Murohn, Malformed Monstrosity.
Pearly and Precious: VGC says this quest begins near the Small Bridge Shrine, southeast of the Military Camp. After crossing the bridge and finding an abandoned camp, players must deal with bandits who have been throwing corpses into a ditch. The guide directs them southwest from the Sanzhana to find the group.
Burrow Sorrows: This quest reportedly appears north of the Boarback Trail Shrine and northwest of Shrike’s Crag. The objective is to eliminate the Kobolds inside the burrow and take a charm from their crude shrine before leaving.
Tiny Dancer: The final quest takes place in Svartrau at night. VGC says Coen can hear a noise while patrolling the rooftops in the town center. Players must enter a house through a balcony, find a caged Sanzhana and use a key found on a desk in the same room to free her.
VGC’s accessible guide identifies the five quests and describes the reported rewards and progression benefits, but the available evidence does not establish a complete, independently confirmed reward list for every individual task. The messages from Lunka are described as becoming available after each completed Sanzhani task, while the trophy and possible coronation delay are tied to completing the full chain.
The Blood of Dawnwalker is an open-world dark fantasy action RPG developed by Rebel Wolves. Bandai Namco lists the game for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, with a release date of September 3, 2026. The US PlayStation Store listing confirms the PS5 version and PS5 Pro support.
